Lucas Domestic Short Hair Baby - Adoption, Rescue for sale in Delevan, New York

Lucas was brought to us after being found alone in the middle of nowhere. No mom in sight, no siblings - nothing. The person who found him nursed him back to health, but couldn't keep him despite how badly they wanted to. They surrendered him to us, and left with tears in their eyes and we promised to find him the best home we could... where he would be as loved as he was with these people.

Lucas was saved that day, by people who loved him - now, it's time for another family who loves him to save him again, in a different way: by giving him a home where he can stay warm, fed, and loved for the rest of his life.

Lucas is a very sweet boy, but he does take some time to warm up to people. He needs a more quiet home (that's the household type he's used to from before he was brought to us) with no kids. He's used to small dogs now, as his foster mother has a small dog, and would do excellent in a home with other kitties in it. He is very playful as well, and loves toys of all kinds... especially if they have feathers!
